Exchange and Return Policy

1. Order discrepancy: If the order is different from the product specified in the store, you can request a return for a full refund and a free exchange.

2. Cancel the order before shipping: If you wish to cancel the order before it is executed and the bill of lading is issued, we will refund the amount to you within 14 business days.

3. Not receiving the product: If the order reaches the customer and he does not receive the product and it is returned to us by the shipping company, the amount will not be refunded or re-shipped to the customer again. This aims to protect the product and the customer.

4. Incorrect data: If an incorrect mobile number or delivery address is entered by the customer, the store will not be responsible for losing the shipment or refunding the amount.

5. Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged or non-conforming product, please contact us within a maximum period of 3 days to take appropriate action to replace the damaged product only.
